ZX888 Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ZX888 ("we", "us", "the platform", "ZX888"). By accessing any part of the ZX888 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the website — you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply alongside the ZX888 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion or game rules published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

ZX888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified through the platform. Continued use of ZX888 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any update, you should close your account by contacting customer support.

To register and use a ZX888 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ZX888 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds within it will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under the applicable laws at your location. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is legal in your specific jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period or account restriction on ZX888 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party when creating or using a ZX888 account.

ZX888 may request proof of age at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation confirming you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended pending verification and any withdrawals will be held until the matter is resolved.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one ZX888 account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

ZX888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This means we may ask you to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport or bank statement — before processing your first withdrawal or at any point we have reason to verify your identity. This is a standard requirement under our licensing obligations and is designed to protect all members on the platform. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential.
• You must not share your account login with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ZX888 support immediately.
• ZX888 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were available to you.

ZX888 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on ZX888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ZX888 is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your banking institution. ZX888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified ZX888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval for verified accounts. ZX888 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account KYC verification is complete.
• If you have claimed a bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of the bonus funds or associated winnings.
• ZX888 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits from third parties — including family members or friends — are not permitted. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name.

ZX888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general rules apply to all ZX888 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• WAGERING All ZX888 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
• ELIGIBILITY Welcome bonuses are available to new members only. Each person, household, IP address and payment method is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in all bonus amounts being voided.
• TIME LIMIT All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.
• QUALIFYING BETS Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports and cricket bets with odds below 1.50 typically contribute at a reduced rate. Slots and fishing games may have specific contribution percentages. Full contribution details are available in the specific promotion terms.
• ABUSE ZX888 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure. Where such patterns are identified, ZX888 reserves the right to void the bonus and cancel any related winnings.
• ZX888 reserves the right to modify, pause or cancel any promotion at any time. Active members who have already opted into a promotion will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes where reasonably practicable.

The following rules apply to all sports, cricket and esports bets placed on ZX888. Game-specific rules for slots and fishing games are governed by the individual game providers.

Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. ZX888 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the member. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. If you are using the live in-play betting feature, the accepted odds are those confirmed on your bet receipt, not any intermediate odds displayed during the selection process.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. In cricket, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method result is treated as official for rain-affected matches. For esports, the official result as declared by the tournament organiser governs settlement.

Postponed & Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is postponed before it commences, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event starts but is abandoned before reaching the minimum period required for official result declaration (as defined by the specific sport's governing body), bets on overall match result are voided. Certain markets such as first goal scorer or first innings runs may already be settled before the abandonment and those settlements stand.

• ZX888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a pricing error on our part. Members will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per member. The maximum single-event payout on ZX888 is Rs 10,000,000. Limits for accumulator bets are detailed in the sportsbook terms.
• ZX888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific members or markets at our discretion, including for members who consistently demonstrate profitability patterns that exceed normal expected ranges.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX888 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on ZX888 or attempting to use another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, third-party or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Any form of money laundering — using ZX888 to process funds derived from illegal activity or to layer illegal proceeds through gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the ZX888 platform in a manner not intended for regular human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. If you discover such an error, you are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome — for example, match-fixing or information obtained through participation in the event itself.
• Attempting to reverse-withdraw or reverse a completed deposit without a valid reason.
• Chargebacks — if you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited to your ZX888 account, the platform reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from any remaining account balance and to close your account.

ZX888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in that policy.

The personal data ZX888 collects includes information you provide at registration (name, date of birth, mobile number, email, address), payment information, KYC documents, device information, IP address, and records of your gaming and betting activity on the platform. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform experience.

ZX888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners and regulatory bodies where required by law or our licensing obligations. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your ZX888 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play and set automatic log-out timers to manage your time on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from ZX888 for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter break from the platform, typically 24 hours to 7 days, without permanent account closure.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZX888 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any ZX888 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ZX888 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX888's liability to any member for losses arising from use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the amount you have deposited into your ZX888 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZX888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party payment provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from bets you placed based on your own judgment — the outcome of sporting events, games and other contingencies are inherently uncertain and ZX888 does not guarantee any return on your bets.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, loss of opportunity or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ZX888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our products, applicable laws, regulatory requirements or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify existing members through a notice displayed on the platform after login, or by email to the address registered on your account.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or changes required immediately to comply with a legal obligation — may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

If you continue to use ZX888 after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance by contacting our customer support team.
